This Privacy Policy does not apply to the processing of personal information by third parties.

By accessing or using Lohaso’s Site, submitting information to us, or otherwise agreeing to this Policy, e.g., in the context of purchasing our products or services, or registering for an online account through our website, you understand and consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described herein. COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We use tracking pixels and cookies from third-party sites such as Meta and Google on the LOHASO website to collect Device Information about users' activities on our platform. These tracking technologies allow us to monitor and analyze user behavior, such as pages visited, products viewed, and interactions with the website. The data collected through these tracking pixels helps us enhance user experience, optimize our website's performance, and provide personalized content and recommendations. Additionally, the information obtained from these tracking technologies is used to offer relevant advertisements and marketing communications, both on our website and through third-party platforms such as Email and SMS service providers.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our Service. If you do not know what cookies are, or how to control or delete them, then we recommend you visit www.aboutcookies.org for detailed guidance. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse Cookies, our Service may use Cookies. The technologies we use may include:

  • Site Management Cookies. Site management cookies are used to maintain user identity or session on the website so that users are not logged off unexpectedly, and any information a user enters is retained from page to page. These Cookies cannot be turned off individually, but you can disable all Cookies in a user’s browser.
  • Personalization Cookies. Used to recognize repeat visitors to the website. These cookies record a user’s browsing history, the pages users have visited, user passwords, and a user’s settings and preferences each time the website is visited.
  • Persistent or Session Cookies. A persistent Cookie remains on your personal computer or mobile device when you go offline for an extended period, and we use that to identify you should you return to services and want to find information you had previously entered or accessed.
  • Security Cookies. Security Cookies help identify and prevent security risks. These Cookies authenticate users and protect user data from unauthorized parties.
  • Session Cookies. We use Session Cookies to operate our Service and are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
  • Preference Cookies. We use Preference Cookies to remember your preferences and various settings.
  • Advertising Cookies. Advertising Cookies allow third-party ad servers to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement and compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
  • Flash Cookies. When we post videos, third parties may use local shared objects, known as “Flash cookies,” to store your preferences for volume control or to personalize certain video features. Flash cookies are different from browser cookies because of the amount and type of data and how the data is stored. The cookie management tools provided by many popular browsers will not remove Flash cookies. To learn how to manage Flash cookie privacy and storage settings, visit http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html.
  • Social Media Plug-Ins. The Service may use social media plug-ins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button, “Share to Twitter” button) to enable you to easily share information with others. When you visit the Site, the operator of the social plug-in can place a cookie on your computer or other electronic device that enables that operator to recognize individuals who have previously visited our Site. If you are logged into the social media website (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) while browsing on our Site, the social media plug-in allows that social media website to receive information that you have visited our Site. The social media plug-in also allows the social media website to share information about your activities on our Site with other users of their social media website. These sharing settings are managed by the social media website and governed by its privacy policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of each of these websites, apps, or services before connecting your accounts or sharing any Personal Data.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. We use cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
